Product not fit for purpose

Recently purchased a pair of Brasher (Dry) walking boots, they have been worn 3 times and every time they were worn my wife slipped and fell in them. Contacted Brasher who informed all boots will cause slips even on lever footpaths if they are wet. These are £110 walking boots that can't be worn in the wet. Further to this Brasher just fob you off, totally useless company and product.
