Went well. We're not yet positive, due to COVID19, whether we will still be able to travel and secure our scheduled lodging for this trip, our honeymoon. It's been a messed up year. If there is any chance to get open ended ticket dates during 2020, we would appreciate it. We were so looking forward to seeing shows and Silver Dollar and other attractions. Please let us know what attractions and shows are currently open and safe. Thank you.
We were excited to be coming to Branson in November since I haven't been anywhere in 2 years except for hospitals. We purchased tickets for The Haygoods in July after telling them of my health issues. They assured me we would be well-cared for. Tonight I'm sitting in the audience writing this review in the second to the last row as far to the side as we could get without being in the parking lot. Thanks Bransonshows.com for ruining my one and only chance to ever see this Family perform. I hope anyone reading this will reconsider purchasing anything from these people. They suck!

Coupons need to be available when ordering online. I booked Dolly Parton Stampede and could have saved if I had had the coupon.
This was the only site that i got the best deal for my families show we wanted to see. If we didnt have to climb a lot stairs to get to our seats. My mom has a bad knee and walks with a cane but wanted to come to the show. Thanks
quick and easy :-) I would like if the tickets were emailed so I could print them and not have to stop at the store.
Very easy ordering 7 tickets for a show and when an emergency came up and 2 people could not go I called the day before the show and was refunded the money for the 2 tickets without a problem. Very friendly staff

I have done business with Branson Show Tickets several times during the last few years. Our most recent trip to Branson was the week after Christmas 2017. I had responded to the offer for tickets for the Shepherd of the Hills Trail of Lights. The original offer was for tickets for 2 people. The workers at the office upgraded that pass to a family pass so all the people in our vehicle were able to enjoy the lights and the trip up the Inspiration Tower. Thank you!
Our salesman went out of his way for each customer present while we were there, above and beyond. We were very satisfied with our seating arrangement and the helpful hints he gave us on other shopping/dining experiences in the Branson area. We will be back!
