I had some questions, so I called and they were great to work with! The recommended my cheapest option, so I feel confident I saved some money!
it was simple. and you were able to beat the price that I was quated purchasing them directly from the Dolly Parton website.
We had a very helpful and delightful young man that help us. He answered our all questions. No pushy vacation clubs (timeshare) issues at all!!!!
The only complaint I had was the night we stopped to get our tickets there just wasn't enough desk help for the lines. When dealing with an older crowd sometimes it takes a little more explanation and direction to get them where they want to be and if there had been more desk help the line could flow a little faster. Other than that once I reached the desk it was right in, got my tickets, got directions and out you go! Oh, I guess my other issue was which line to stand in. It wasn't super clear and everyone walking in was asking the same question. Other than that it was good!
At one location the young man behind the counter was rude, obnoxious and disrespectful. However the ladies on the left where helpful and friendly. One of the ladies was training the other that was new.
I bought tickets online. But I couldn't just print the tickets. Instead I have to come to your office and stand in line to get a ticket - no a voucher. I then go to the entertainment venue and stand in line to trade my voucher for an actual ticket.
Someone needs to rethink this tedious process.
It was our first experience, but not our last. we especially loved the Lodge of the Ozarks even though we chose that place, but your price was better so we continued getting tickets for the shows as well.
Everything was really pretty simple and all went well. The only thing I don't care for is the trying to push time share deals on you. But luckily since my husband was not along that "disqualified" me.
We had the best seats to all of our shows! I'd read others' comments about great seats, and it's true! Friendly, courteous staff. The prices and all of the extras were unbeatable. When we return to Branson I absolutely will purchase from Save On Branson again. Thanks so much!
Only problem was unable to see seating chart and pick our seats. Requested center/front. Hopefully we'll get it!
Fast friendly service. Workers very helpful and knowledgeable about each show and will get you the best seats in the house.
There aren't directions on the confirmation letter where to pick up the tickets, what seats we have or the address of the event, only the name.
We moved to NWA approx 3 years ago. Coming to Branson for a day trip, not an extended holiday. The response from BransonShowTickets.com make reference to someone having a vacation, which we are not.
I was surprised that we didn't print out our tickets from home. I guess it's just the letter we print out.
I was extremely happy with every aspect of my experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will always use them when in area.
We met with Cameron at the welcome center. He is perfect for the position. He was forthright and charming. His advice was right on. He gave us direction in buying tickets and also told us about the half price shows for that day. We were not disappointed. Please give Cameron a 'high 5'for us (Bob and Marilyn from Michigan). I ordered some of our tickets ahead and picked them up at your location.
We were very impressed with Branson, it's people, the surrounding countryside, and the quality of the shows. Samson at Sight and Sound Theatre was unbelievably awesome. The Haygoods and Dutton's were wonderful. Keep up your quality of work in providing wholesome entertainment including patriotism and thankfulness to our Creator. This is what America needs.
I am bringing my 83 yr. old mom to the show hopefully you will be able to have 2 seats for us that are really close to stage and in the middle. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful experience. We booked eight shows and had great seats for every show. It was easy to exchange our vouchers for show tickets. The agent that helped us at your office was so helpful and courteous, offering maps and additional information for our week in Branson.
Phone service was quick and my needs were met easily. My visit to the location to pick up tickets involved a bit of a wait, but my whole packet was ready for me. I went back to get more tickets for other attractions, and was met with the same courtesy and efficiency I had originally encountered. I recommend this service over others I had used before this.

Did research on site and others to compare and everything went very smoothly to book for the shows we wanted.
We purchased tickets for 5 shows for 5 people. could not have asked for better service.
Could not have been easier purchasing tickets and the customer service was exceptional. Don't waste your time internet shopping for better prices. I did and when I put my package together it was more cost effective to let them handle it. Our seats were excellent and we received easy, concise directions to all the theaters. The staff was also knowledgeable about local businesses and we made several stops at locations they recommended. This will be my only call any time I visit Branson in the future.
Your coustomer service at your office needs a little boost. Granted one lady was in & out talking to to ladies & a man was on the computer & got up & left. I stood in the office a good 5 to 10 min before anyone even acknowledged me. I think a ' Hi ' I'll be with you in a minute would have been nice.
Other than that my experience was great.
It was easy to get the tickets we wanted and that were available. Haygoods was a great show.
The only concern was we had to wait quite a while to just pick up the tickets. Other employees were talking with people about what tickets they wanted, etc. Seems like it would be more efficient to have a booth where you can just come up show your receipt and get the tickets without a long wait.
