The Showboat experience itself was wonderful. However, I would not recommend Branson Shows.com to order tickets, which feels like a bait and switch operation. They state that you have to stop by their office to pick up the vouchers (which isn't true) only to try and push you into a timeshare presentation. Despite their website saying that they don't participate in timeshares, the lady who helped us still tried to get us to participate in this. She wouldn't take no for an answer and became rude when I told her, for the fifth time, that we were not interested. I meant to book tickets directly with the Branson showboat, and only after I booked them, did I realize that we booked through Branson.shows.com. Out of curiosity, I did compare prices, and it was actually five dollars cheaper to book directly with the showboat so, not only did we get hassled booking through Bransonshows.com, but we didn't even save any money. If you are visiting Branson, I would definitely recommend the showboat but I would book this, and all other activities, directly with the vendor and not through this company. It feels very manipulative that they make you come into the office to pick up "vouchers" and then use high pressure tactics to try and get you to attend a timeshare presentation (acting like they are doing you a favor by giving you this opportunity). I would avoid them.
