A lot of different styles hoping picked right one. I tried to send back and never got information About where to send it backed call 2 different numbers and noone returned call and it was to big and didnt support low enough for my hernia

When received I tried on one brace - too big. Searched your site for refund into and got tangled in jargon, and am waiting for label to return items for refund. Ordered replacement braces from your site and currently waiting for them to arrive.

I wish you could improve the velcro attachments - the straps do not completely cover the velcro and so the velcro catches on clothing and any other fabric item with a little nap.
The brace I received does not serve my needs. It does not fit properly and the exposed hinges cut into my garments. I looked into returning it and of course discovered your no return policy. My mistake for no reading the fine print regarding returns. I have this brace I will not use, it is a shame I thought we would be able to do more business, but I cannot do business with an online company that is not interested in my complete satisfaction with the products they sell.

Good selection but really wanted to stay away from neoprene as it is a warmer, sweater brace which actually becomes uncomfortable.
Post Receipt of Order - I guess it is my fault that I don't usually look at the return policy from every company I work with, but generally most are all the same and are real reasonable to work with. Braceplanet.com has a return policy that comes across quite strong and intimiatating to the point you begin thinking that maybe it would be better not to. Using BracePlanet's sizing chart on their site, I selected the size brace that it stated I should buy. I wasn't able to open the package as soon as it came but when I did, I was 4 days from a 15 day cut-off. That was the time I discovered that their policy was:
Product has to be unopened (not sure how you would know something fit or not if you didn't).
Exchange only if in it's original box (agreed)
Replacement if 15 days within receipt (reasonable)
All supports & braces may only be exchanged if unopened (again, tough to know it doesn't fit)
It just comes across a bit heavy and rough when reading it.
I need to return it for a larger size how do i do that?
