The neck brace is not as comfortable as needed for the three bulging disks in my neck.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY** Their "Return Policy" is non-existent - My experience in brief: Bought a thumb brace for my daughter while we were in the Dr's office after nurse says it is not broken. A few min later, Doctor comes in and says that it is broken and will need a cast. Called within 10 minutes of placing the order to cancel it, was told they are unable to cancel the order and would have to wait till I receive it. It took over 8 days to come in, but I called as soon as the mailman left - only to be told that due to Federal Regulations it can't be returned and didn't I read their Return Policy before I bought from them? What if it had been the wrong size, doesn't matter to them - still won't take it back. If I could give my experience with the company & their 2 service Rep's less than 1 star, I would. BUYER'S BEWARE - Buy your braces somewhere else.
I ordered my first brace just over a year ago. I expected it to last longer, but recently its velcro strip needed to be refastened--the threading came undone.
Customer service is very hard to reach,for exchange on a larger size,it took for ever to get someone to give me a # to return through email.don,nt like the way you do business.
I ordered a hernia belt two weeks ago and received a small one. I had to use it since I did not have another. Please make sure this one is medium. Thank you.

CAN YOU DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE THUMB VELCROE (SP). THERE IS TOO MUCH ON THE BRACE ITSELF AND I HAVE RUINED JUST ABOUT ALL MY TOPS BECAUSE OF IT CATCHING. IT LEAVES LARGE "PILLS" ON THEM ALL. SIMPLY PUT THEY RUIN THEM.

Item was not what I expected. Very uncomfortable. Fabric and Velcro was very harsh on my skin.

Wrist splint I ordered was tricky to fasten around thumb, with min gap; however this did not appear to effect reason for purchase which was support of wrist to treat tennis elbow.

As any new site, it's a pain in the tucus to navigate In receiving the 3X Binder, I found I should have ordered a 2X but I really don't like the fasteners that much. They tend to rub on my skin and it hurts!

The hernia belt is fine, but he can't wear it much because the pressure makes him hurt, nothing to do with the belt.
Site was easy to search but I ordered before the 2 pm deadline to ship same day and it was a few days later that it finally shipped. Not real happy with it taking to so long to get to us.
Only a week after i got brace, the support on the sides pushed through the material, and pull up strap broke loose. Guess i will have to sew it up myself.
1st time shopping this site. Probably won't buy this product again tho. I am an adult wearing children's shoes and socks and was trying to find support socks in children's sizes.
