I placed my order on Dec. 8th. Your web site said 3-6 days. Didn't receive

Make sure you read everything, I didn't realize the delay for engraving, my error.However did not receive the free ball cleaner I was told I would get when I signed up for emails.That is my only complaint, everything else product/delivery 100% satisfied.
It was difficult to get a hold of someone regarding the issue. I had 1 order that came in 2 packages, but the second order came over a week and a half later and I could not track it given the order number or Tracking number. Only after several attempts to contact bowlerstore did someone respond to me, using the online chat service that I waited about 35 minutes for an operator, then finally left a message and logged out. No one called me back after I had called about 4 times to leave a message.
