Had issues with password

Would have liked to been able to add shipping comments

Everything came on time, item quality appears perfect. No scratches or dents on the ball i ordered, and no tears on the thumb saver. I have yet to actually drill and try the ball, but I have high hopes for it. I thought I clicked on size 16 but it seems I accidentally ordered a size 15. Reviews on the ball itself give it high marks all around. I am overall very satisfied.

You substituted a different color of bowling shirt, which is also a nice shirt but I would have preferred a phone call as I would have choose black on black instead of red and black.

Why was I charged a shipping fee? Clearly says FREE SHIPPING!
I still stick with the above. It wouldn't let me go any further on the site without putting in a shipping fee. I thought that it would be subtracted later...but not so. The answer that I received was also a little "snarky". Not a good way to get clients coming back to your site.

Great ball, great prices

Very easy to order. Could carry larger sizes for large women (18 thru 26). These are not easy sizes to fine.

bowlerstore.com needs to tell the customer wether their getting a pin in or pin out ball. Recieved mine pin in and was very limited to my drilling options.
