Ship what the customer ordered and don't substitute with a bowlerstore.com logo item. It doesn't matter if it's exactly the same. And I'm not going to ship an item back for a return when the item itself costs as much as the item, it's not worth my time, this is the whole point of ordering stuff online and not driving down to a store.

Great customer service, I really liked the online chat option when I have questions. I also like the fact that a shipping warehouse is located by my area of residence and I receive my orders the next day.

My purchase is a gift for my special needs sister,bowling is one of her passions. The Orioles is the other. Finding the MLB products at your site I was able to incorporate two sports that she adores. Thanks for the choices.

I am very satisfied with these Special Edition shoes; I love the look and feel of them. I have bowled about twelve games with them so far. At first they were a little tacky on the approaches (I shuffle my feet & slide to the foul line), however, with a little Easy Slide and basically breaking them in, they are great! They should last me another 15 years like my first pair of Linds.

I was concerned that the Texans bowling ball I ordered would look cheesy and the design wouldn't look very good in person, but I am very happy to say it looks awesome! My boyfriend will love this Christmas gift.

Website is user friendly however it would be nice to be able to do a ball search by weight. That would be a time saver. Also it is kind of hard to make a rating on buying from you again until I receive my order. But I am giving you a 4 in anticipation of a good experience.

I actually wear this when going to exercise or take part in programs at the YMCA. It's my favourite, actually, because the stylish line designs make me look slimmer, and I'm all for THAT confidence booster! Thanks for the easy online experience and fast delivery.

I sorted for men's bowling shoes but found women's shoes mixed in so I stopped looking. Images are small. Descriptions are sparse. Prices are mixed.

I ordered a bowling towel. It arrived promptly and in good condition. It's exactly as described and the price was fair.

I bought a bowling ball for my husband and everything was great except the delivery date. I paid for a 2-3 day delivery, when I didn't get it in that time frame I contacted the company and they reimbursed me my shipping fee. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I received the ball a few days later and it still made it on time for the date I had to have it by.

It was tough to find the site where I could order the Copper Infusion Tapes, but when I did, ordering was almost easy. I've been having trouble with one of my knees and these tapes helped enormously when I was bowling... and after.

The item arrived on said date. Ups tracking service was great. The only downside for international buyer like me is paying more for I have to pay custom duty which is almost the same price of the item. But overall experience was great.

Products and services are great. I ordered a personalized towel, but was a little surprised when the plain towel arrived with a note that the stitching machine was down. This is a Christmas gift.

I had some trouble checking out. I had a card on file but didn't work so enter again then It work, not sure what happen it was the same card with the same info. I was sent a receipt twice with different confirmation numbers but looks like one order was sent. I need to check to make sure I was only charge once. The Shoes, Bowling Ball and Bag...Love Them!

I only had a problem lining up the options and check boxes for the shoe protection plan (I had to count each column to make sure I was ordering the right thing) perhaps you can distinguish them a little better.

I like communication after an order by e-mail. Got your order, shipped your order, delivery date and tracking info without asking for it, etc. Try to keep your prices fare, and your shipping reasonable if not free.

I had trouble with checkout.My credit card expired this month and I put the wrong date by accident.When I tried to change the date to correct it several times I was declined. Thank goodness my husband payed for it with his paypal account.
