I ordered this exact same ball 2 months ago, and my average at League had gone up for pins since then! I just purchased the second one to hold in reserve, in case I want to get another one in the future and it's been discontinued!

I have enjoyed my experience. Website was very thorough in showing the details of the ball. Liked the fact you had videos linked to bowlers using it as well. Allowed me to compare the styles of bowlers who have used this ball and match with mine.

My daughter & son-in-law ordered same shoes a year or so ago and Linds is the only shoe for bowling in my book. Thank you for your secure web-site.

Check out was slow - I didn\'t appreciate the list of items to add on did not line up with the checkboxes and there was no way to ensure on that page that I checked the correct box. I also dislike your shoe return policy& hassle of having to buy the shoe size protection add on or pay shipping a restocking fee. That\'s really lame - these are shoes and they need tried on without punishment more than shipping fee back to you.

Could not find a size chart for wrist support. But overall, my experience was excellent!, I would order again, and the size I chose fit perfectly. Looking forward to trying it after the holidays and we bowl again. Love it that they have a wish list, for the future. Delivery was quick considering it is the holidays, thanks.

Soooooooo many options, it is sometimes hard to narrow down/filter the choices. Also easy to find very large shoes (I am a size 14-15 EEE depending on cut of shoes) which I found easily at your store. Then I had to get a new bag to accommodate the shoes...which fit perfectly!

Your prices are affordable and I definitely appreciate that considering I have had to purchase bowling balls for my growing son. I do however have a problem with the product itself as it is damaged and would like to have the issue resolved. Overall I am satisfied with the experience I have received from Bowlerstore

Just received my Columbia 300 nitrous ball love the colors purple,gray and blue. I like the feel of the ball.I needed to upgrade from a plastic ball I used for 4 yrs trying to do a curve ball this ball should be exactly what I needed can't wait to use it in my league. Debbie

Make sure you read everything, I didn't realize the delay for engraving, my error.However did not receive the free ball cleaner I was told I would get when I signed up for emails.That is my only complaint, everything else product/delivery 100% satisfied.

Not totally your fault, I ordered a buy 1 and get 1 on one day, than three days later, I got a message that you were sold out. I'm happy I got at least one. Just wished that I would of know when I was buying it that you only had one in stock at the time.

I'm very satisfied with my first purchase on this site. I was able to specify the Pin and top weight for a close out ball. The company immediately informed me that the closest top weight was 1/4 oz. Outside my range, and I said that would be OK. I appreciate someone taking the time to ask me. Will buy from this site from now on.

The brokerage fee charged by the shipping company was ridiculous, all up they charged almost 50% of the purchase price. Definitely should ship via USPS with tracking, they do not gouge on trans border transactions unlike the private shipping companies like UPS.
Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered a gift for my mother-in-law from this site. She is an avid bowler and teaches bowling at the local high school. I received the item I ordered before the date listed. The item was in perfect order and actually was nicer than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised. I would not hesitate to use this site again. I am very happy with the gift I bought and the service I received.

My order took 11 days to get here by FedEx, way too long. The bowling shoes fit but the shoe covers are way too tight. Hard to put over the shoes. No sizes to match shoes, just small, medium, large and Xlarge. Have not tried the bowling shoes out yet so I don't know how they will be on the lanes.

Customer service sucks and either don't answer the phone or if you email them they answer incorrectly. Received the product and didn't even receive an email stating that it was shipping. Other than customer service, a descent place to shop.
