This was a birthday present for my mother. She loved the bag... Shipping was delivered before scheduled day which was perfect because it arrived on her birthday.

It's always fast and easy but this time I never received a order number or a status or tracking updates I had to call customer service to find out when my package was scheduled for delivery other then that the package came in 2 days
