Apparently it shipped fine as it arrived in good order.
Also note that the bowling ball was in a non shipping type of box; that box was in another shipping type box. I was a little concerned initially because the outside box was dented in, partial torn, and the inner box with the ball was loose inside the second box versus having packing material surrounding the package (ball/box) being shipped. For the value of the product, I would have thought a more sturdy packaging would have been used. It appears the ball looks fine. I will be getting it drilled in a week or two and we'll see how it works for me.

Item arrived on time and was fine. However after ordering I didn't receive an order confirmation, and received no response to a contact email, and went to their on line chat and sat and waited with no response. Finally called the number for ordering a product and they graciously helped me out, send me the tracking info and were very cool. I still would buy from from them, but they might want to make sure their chat is working.
Ordering was easy. Ordered ball, bag, and shoes. Only comment I have is in regards to bag as its description stated it would hold shoes as well. It will if you have tiny feet. Other than that the process was simple.
