It took me about 5 or 6 times to process my order. I hope only 1 order went through. When ordering the ball I could request pin distance and top WT. And when I requested specific specs it then said requesting specs may delay in delivery of the ball which is understandable. But when I received the ball it wasn't close to the specs I received..

Prices are a little high. Got the order on time unlike the gift card that was ordered for two day delivery and had to reorder the gift card. Also lost the extra money for sipping never got a refund on the shipping.

Arrived a day before expected delivery. Very much satisfied with the product fits well and leather is soft. A bit pricey but its all worth it!

This item was a gift, they were happy for the most part other than the bag is only rated for a 14 lb. ball and they bowl with a 16. Also the ball holder was foam ant they prefer a hard plastic holder.

Really appreciate the quick delivery with the value in price.
