I appreciate the discounted price of the bowling ball. However, I'm so disappointed with the engraving of the name. It's so tiny you can. Barely see the name. That's literally the reason why I ordered from this store. I really wish it could be larger and something can be done. Such a shame. Otherwise I would order again if the engraving was as large as the logo of the ball, or even chald the size.

I wish communication was better for my order.

Need to return. Contacted bowlwerstore.com per their policy for return authorization form. It has been three days and have not heard from them. I sent a follow-up email. Also purchased their return guarantee add-on. Never again.

I wanted a 15.3lb bowling ball and requested the weight in email and on online customer message while I was on the web. I didn't receive a response back and received a 15 LB ball. On the order form i didn't include the note to check for 15.3 LB weight is why I sent an email and an online message. This is the reason for 4 stars.

They cancelled my first order via email not calling me because they didn't have the color I needed instead of asking if I would like a different color this was while I was on vacation I was lucky that I was able to check my email and correct it.

Did not realize customers had to spend over $50.00 to get the discount for like your company on Facebook. That should have been displaued when the offer showed on screen.
