I ordered one ball and had to contact your company to find out that the delivery was delayed because the ball I ordered was sold out. You contacted me by phone after my email and asked if I would accept a replacement, which I did. The replacement ball was received in two days which was great. Thanks, Marty

Good prices and fast shipping

After purchase product, they should incldue freight fee on it. Don't need pay extra when receive order.

Ship what the customer ordered and don't substitute with a bowlerstore.com logo item. It doesn't matter if it's exactly the same. And I'm not going to ship an item back for a return when the item itself costs as much as the item, it's not worth my time, this is the whole point of ordering stuff online and not driving down to a store.

Placed order for polish but received cleaner

I had trouble with checkout.My credit card expired this month and I put the wrong date by accident.When I tried to change the date to correct it several times I was declined. Thank goodness my husband payed for it with his paypal account.

The prices are really good, delivery was fast and the order was perfect, no mistakes. You're told when the order is completed and shipped and if you have any questions along the way you get answers quickly. The check-out process takes a little longer than other on-line stores because each section has to process separately but it's worth it!

I recommend that you put a label on international shipping related with additional custom taxes for this matter. I had to pay extra 75 usd
