Bowler's Paradise

Paid for fast delivery. However it took 7 days and I feel it was a waste of the extra money.

I received my merchandise as ordered. The shoes did not fit and I requested authorization for return. I have yet to hear from Bowler's Paradise.

Shipping OK , I wish that prices were a bit lower as pother sites can beat some item prices. You need more sales

the birdie bucks number kept changing and not staying the same and your checkout does not show that the credit was used needs to show that I am only paying four dollars!!

i signed up for the $5 off email - but have YET to get that coupon. I was just going to use it to buy the towel - no coupon, no towel. Thank you!

it would not take my email address when I tried to place order on my phone so i had to do it all over again on computer

I was happy to have free shipping but then you added a "package fee". I have NEVER had to pay a packaging fee. This is just to recover shipping fee. So much for getting a good deal.

I got my order and the bowling bag I ordered had a hole I called customer service and they helped with the whole exchange experience and they will send a replacement with in a day or two, thanks a bunch

I have a MAJOR problem with a packaging fee. Will use alternate vendors in future, unless I have coupon to waive packaging and shipping fee.

Had to go back and forth trying to get my order right, only way to correct my order had reorder and cancel the first one. Hope they got my message no thumb holes drilled in both he balls order.

The slide shoe doesn't slide! It is like sticky glue on the approach. I like the shoes, but sadly haven't been able to use them.

Like products but returning is too difficult have to pay for everything, for as much as you pay returns should be free.

your computer needs adjusting ,,too long to find things in fact I need to go to a different web to find a bowling ball

Their website is hard to sort by bags or balls or shoes I have to scroll and scroll and scroll kind of a pain

My USPS tracking says estimated delivery is Monday June 10th. It's already Thursday June 13th. No update.

comments included with order. regarding so called "free shipping" which is not really free as you add a packaging fee!

everything was quick and easy except non of the coupon codes good til april 2019 would work. And I had one for 30% of from retail me not. So disappointed in that.

The product seems over-priced like price gauging during this pandemic. The shipping costs also seem extreme.

The two times I ordered the orders where incomplete. I had to contact bowler paradise and have them ship the rest of my orders. Which they did. The shipping slip said the orders where complete at the time but they weren't. But now they are. Thank you.

I guess you could say you're security is good but I went through a lot to sign up just to check out and you didn't recognize my email, had an old phone number to verify with. Too confusing. It might have been nice to get free shipping on a $90 order but for 2 items $7.95 shipping isn't too bad.

Even though I didn't get the exact color I want - it's Ok I guess - haven't used the product yet because of the COVID conditions - so couldn't say much about it

Good deal for both polishes. The product was packaged very efficiently and really snug. I have no issue with ordering or delivery time.

I didnt have receive a confirmation email for my order oR an estimate of delivery. Sooo I had to just WAIT and HOPE... Sooo I Called Bowlers Paradise several times a week and Never got an answer AND I left 2 messages on voice and NEVER got a callback. Needless to say I was Relieved when my delivery showed up.
