I used BotPenguin as a whitelabel chatbot software and needless to say that my experience was HORRIBLE! Bad support, unreliable product, expensive prices for the functionalities. During the whole experience I felt like I paid a large sum of money to be a beta tester of an unfinished/unreliable product. The developer had the audacity to say that they "fixed all issues", and that they were "going above and beyond to support all the requirements". This, my friends, is full of unwillingness as they have been through the entire time I was in contact with them. The reality was that the developer did not show up to calls (without informing), implied that I am lying about the lag issues (I had absolutely no reasons to do that, if I was happy I would have written a great review, but we are very far away from this scenario). If you want to use your money properly, STAY AWAY from this tool. There are a lot of way more reliable chatbot tools on the market as of now, for better prices, and WAY BETTER support! I will let as much people know about my own experience with the product so maybe it can save time and money to some of you.
