Bosco deal with power supply to apartments. Their rates are normally up to 30% more expensive... but you have no choice as the Body Corp has done a deal. My issues began on first bill, with direct debit - and they kept never taking the funds and then whopped on $25 fee. Finally after 4 months of this I just paid without direct debit (they helpdesk was offensive, blaming, demanding). Then came the time I didn't pay on time (sick), within days I had threatening letter, one week - disconnection letter. It was 1 week late! I moved, and so much cheaper and happier
