They ask for feedback and don't respond. The front desk gave me the business because I was on the wrong line. Clearly it was not marked for a newbie to understand. The Homestead was the only savings grace to the establishment, there staff and food was wonderful. Ate at marketplace, service and hostess were rude. Ate at Wolfgangs, waiter was nice, hostess was a nasty mean attitude, food was not as good as Homestead. We made reservations for 3 nights, they closed the Water Club without notice. The excuse was they were too busy last week and needed a break. How does that happen with a massive hotel to shut down, I wanted the adult only area to relax, that's why I paid more money. Went to Hardrock cafe, the staff, food and service was better than you could expect. DIDNT GET A REPLY FROM BORGATA AT ALL. NEVER AGAIN
