BooksRun's prices are always competitive, so I always compare them to my college bookstore first, whenever possible, for each required title. This experience, I paid for expedited shipping, and my BooksRun textbook was delivered ahead of schedule. I appreciated that a lot, because I was up against a deadline of needing to head back to campus. I've used BooksRun before over the years, and customer service is always great. Another five-star experience this time! Keep up the good work, BooksRun!

I've never had a problem before but this time, The book was placed into the smallest package that it could fit in causing some damage. They did make it right by me so 10/10 for customer support.

The books were better than described and shipped very promptly. If all sellers on a ebooks were like this I would continue to buy there. But two other booksellers were extremely disappointing including one who has never shipped my books and refuses to respond, as does abebooks.com. I noted which sellers treated me right and will buy from them directly or on another platform, but never again through a ebooks. But to reiterate, buying from BooksRun was an excellent experience. Buy with confidence from them.

My bank will not cash my check because it was printed incorrectly. The check number is cut off and the important numbers on the bottom are printed on the bottom solid line and are unreadable. I've reached out many times to have it reissued with no success.A rep did message me two weeks ago asking for my PayPal and then disappeared and is unreachable... I've cashed a check from them before and I see the difference in the printing... Not sure why I can't get my check replaced. Horrible customer service!

I didn't think I'd find an affordable copy of this book but BooksRun had it. It came three days before I projected looking for it in the mailbox, and the book itself, "A Map of Home" by Randa Jarrar, was a huge kick in the butt. (Palestinian-American writer to watch, if you are interested.) She's at the center of the current PEN America brouhaha. Right on for BooksRun for being smart enough to sell her book! I'd buy from them any day.

I was skeptical at first when going through the entire process of sending over my old college textbooks. I wondered if they would ever make it to the warehouse but also if I'd ever get paid. Both happened very quickly and the instructions on how to get it packaged and sent to the place was very clear and easy.

I found this company online. I had a lot of books to get rid of. I downloaded the app and it was so easy! I just scanned the isbn number with my phone and it would tell me if you were buying that book and how much you would pay. I sold 9 or 10 books that fit in one box. Shipping was free. It took a little while to get my check but I finally did. This was awesome!

Booksrun is a wonderful book site. I realize that, though I have a few hundred titles on Kindle, I do not really read them. I guess I am still "old school" and will definitely read the actual book rather than the kindle. That is why coming across Booksrun is amazing. They actually allow you to rent books for a really good price. So I've been able to read the whole book for a change, instead of purchasing the book at twice its cost. Booksrun is truly a Godsend, and now I'm able to read my old Seminary books for a wonderful price!

I was looking for more books by a certain children's author that my child loves. The librarian suggested that there might be some at other libraries, and found three other titles. They were there within a few days. Super satisfying experience!

Ordered books but ended not taking the class. I sold them back to BooksRun less a than a month after receiving them and quote given was lowered when paid. Books were never used. Insurance was also taken.
After two support emails and a review, customer service contacted me and did honor their original quote. I appreciate their response and handling. I wish they would have used the USPS insurance process if books were damaged during shipping.

Item was listed in good condition mentioned that it came with the CD but did not include the CD. Customer service took 5-7 days to respond and still failed to answer my question after I asked and readied. Shipping was very slow. Will never be purchasing from them again. I'll stick with ThriftBooks which is an amazing website for used books!

The book was for my BookClub "The Lovely Linville Ladies Literati Society". The book I needed was overpriced everywhere, including the Kindle versions. It is in high demand. I decided to search for a better price, even if it was not my preferred format. I found a hardback at BooksRun, used but much cheaper. It arrived in just a few days. It was barely used, in very good condition. I am not quite finished with the book "Remarkably Bright Creatures". I can say that I am a remarkably bright human for finding BooksRun. 🐙

Exactly as described and perhaps even a bit better! Good price with free shipping and timely delivery.
