I've ordered 3 books in 2 separate orders and have been extremely satisfied with the price, quality of the books, and fast shipping. So much better than Amazon. I've been getting back into appreciating the analog in our increasingly digital world. The feel, texture, and ability to mark pages and take notes is missing from e-readers and audio books. There is just something about having a book in your hands that can't be replaced by technology. Highly recommended.

This is my favourite place to shop for myself, my child and gifts. The selection is incredible and I look forward to sitting and browsing through all of the books that I might be interested in... pages and pages (and I usually end up with way too many choices and have to cut it down a little). They have toys and puzzles and more (so many sticker books!) They always have new stock and the quality is great for the phenomenal prices. It makes it so easy to buy books when they are at such an affordable price.

The shipping is fast and I have never had an issue with products being damaged in transit. I once had an issue with a kids singing book (it was the publisher's issue not Book Outlet's) and not getting an answer from the Publishing company I checked in with Book Outlet - the customer service representative replied quickly and went above and beyond any of my hopes - they sent me THREE new audiobooks! I was blown away and will be forever a loyal customer!

This is the first time I ordered with Book Outlet and I will definitely order from them again. I received my books in a timely fashion and the price and shipping cost was excellent. However, upon receiving my books, two (out of three) of them had a small tear on the bottom of the cover. I think this was because the box they were shipped in was too large and they had been shaken around and tore on the inside of the box edges.

I have been using this site for maybe a year, I recommend it to all my book reading friends. Prices are good, great selection and shipping has been good.

I am so happy to have discovered Book Outlet. I just ordered some fairly recently released books I've been wanting to read and because Book Outlet had a buy 2 get one free discount running I was able to get them for a ridiculously good price. Once the books were shipped they arrived in two days. The package was packed expertly. I will be a repeat customer and I'm so excited to visit their retail store soon.
