“I've been a victim to the fradulent site called bookinhotels...”

I've been a victim to the fradulent site called bookinhotels.com and now it's back under bookinhotel.com, i got scammed 800$ and never got a refund. So plz plz don't book with this site. Does any one know how to report a fraud in Canada? Thanks
