Rented from London central. Supposed to drop off car in Manchester however plans changed last minute and dropped at Gatwick. No problem. Offered an upgrade for free. Great car good price. All in all a good experience
Based in Latvia, which I did not discover until I booked. Had to pay foreign exchange fee. Cannot communicate with them through email. Given directions how to contact support about problem, and not able to do so.
Yep, they do make car reservations through their website. No, they do not follow through when the rental company - Hertz or Thrifty in this case - completely fails confirm your reservation through whatever faulty internal credit card reading system they use. DON'T USE IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD FROM A MAJOR FOREIGN BANK BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF.
I have been using location for years now they are always accommodating, patient, polite and they get the job done with great cars at a great price. What more can I say. I've used BookingGroup all over the country and find them pretty consistent with the way their employees treat their customers

Friendly staff at counter with no hard sales pitches, fast and efficient sign-in. Two employees waiting as we got off the elevator to pick up the car. They took their time to inspect the car with me prior to me taking it. Return experience was just as friendly and helpful. This is my go-to company for future rentals

Fast service, chose them over hertz because they actually had the vehicle I was looking for. Hertz on the other hand tried giving us a completely different vehicle and their reason was that the one we reserved over a month ago was no longer available due to high demand, which defeats the purpose of reserving..
What made it even better is that he remembered me from when I dropped off my car a week and a half ago, and coming from someone who also works in customer service, that is huge! Thanks again Kris for everything!
I'd like to warn others about this renting car company. After a reservation cancelling, I was charged the full price for the car. I made a complaint immediately and it has been more than 2 months since I heard of them for the last time. The only replies I've got was from the automated messaging center.
They refuse any communication with me and I haven't received any reply how the complaint was solved by them.

They set me up with Rent Car 4 Less in Houston. My flight was delayed an hour and when i landed i called to confirm the car was there. They told me to come over. When i got there, there is only a remote agent who informed me that the car was given away and although i called before, there is nothing he can do. I had to make my way back to the airport, lost $111 and find a new car rental on the spot.

Attendants were courteous and welcoming. Thank goodness they had the car running with the heat on when I got into the car because it was 28 degrees outside... and they remembered to provide a snow brush. Good thing because it snowed about 6 inches for 2 whole days.
I forgot my receipt and they kindly emailed me it. I used Hertz the week at the 188 w Washington location because my company makes me order through them and it was a disaster. If you are getting a rental in west loop, I'd go with this one
Unfortunately I had an accident with the rental car, despite it being agreed they would pay in December having chased them about the payment they are now saying it will be 2 years until they are likely to pay.
These are scammers from Latvia! Reviews are twisted.
In no case do not book through their sites economybookings and the like. You will simply lose money. Your booking won't work in the end. And then they will tell you - we are very sorry, but we cannot help in any way and are not to blame.

BookingGroup employees were absolutely wonderful! Especially Mike. He was so generous and kind - and the car was new and clean and felt very safe. I will be coming back again, and would recommend this location to all of my friends.
I booked a car through them in Bulgaria. What a mistake. The car had numerous problems, including the fact it broke down but even worse the tyres were totally bald. It was a death trap. The company we hired from through them did not tell us the truth in any way shape or form and both them and the Booking Group have not compensated us in any way for the fact they hired us an unserviceable car and took 9 hours to replace it, leaving us stranded. Booking Group offered me the princely sum of 20 euros off my next booking through them. What a joke; that's not going to happen.
I would advise you not to use this company. If there are any problems, they will simply walk away.
Outstanding service. We were not familiar with the traffic in the location so that we were running late for our train schedule. Btw. The customer service ( I do not know the guy's name) and his manager gave us a lot help. I am really appreciate. I'll definitely be back again
Upon my return, the staff went out of their way to make my trip more comfortable by offering to keep my bags for a few hours while I ran some errands before heading to my AirBnB for check-in. They even drive me there.
When we booked car rental, this company automatically charged us for full insurance cover and roadside assistance without us requesting this (an extra £107 approx.). We emailed them straight away but they did not answer. We managed to speak to them on the phone 3 days later and they agreed to refund the extras. We would have liked to cancel the whole thing but they would have charged us for this. We are hoping that all goes ok when we get to our holiday destination. The company seems to be registered in Latvia.
Do not use.
