I ordered a NAVY dress and the dress came buried with WHITE trim. Nothing about this mentioned on their website! The burgundy dress on their webpage had burgundy trim. So after wasting $160 on a dress that my daughter will not wear, they told me to get a local tailor to fix it if I didn't like it because there was nothing wrong with the dress. I have sent many emails explaining but they refuse to do anything for me! I used this site because I believed it was Canadian but the dress came from China. What a total waste of money... I am so disappointed and furious at the same time!

The dress I received looked nothing like the picture. The colour was off, the zipper was stuck, and there were cheap looking sequins and beading that weren't visible in the photo. I tried to initiate a return and they ask you to send photos of the dress for proof of damage/what's wrong. I sent photos along with my concerns and their response was 'it looks fine! No refund!'. Obviously I wasn't happy with that and it took about two weeks of back and forth e-mails of them raising my refund price by increments of about $10 before they finally agreed to a full refund. I was under the impression that this was a Canadian company (hence the. CA) but they are in China. They asked for a tracking number to send it back, but that would have cost me $110 so I just sent it back and am hoping for the best. I'll report back to update on whether or not my refund goes through, but I will tell anyone who's considering buying from here to save yourself the money and the headache. This place is a total scam.
