I ordered a new rifle stock from bonesteel arms and over two weeks later, I do not have any tracking number or any email telling me that my item is on back order. When i ordered the stock they were quick to charge my credit card thats for sure. I tried to call them and email them twice with two different email addresses, i even contacted their suppliers cnc warrior all to no avail. I will be contacting my credit card company next week and have them reverse the charges. Save your money and spend it with a reputable online company. UPDATE 8/31/15 i was called by chris at bonesteel arms 4 days ago and he said he gave me a refund to my credit card. I have yet to see the refund or a rifle stock. My credit card company is reversing the charges.
I really like the stock I got from Bonesteel Arms for my AK. I do have to say their customer service sucks, no, I it blows! When I ordered the stock in April of 2015, I order the sling swivel, too. There was a hand written note on the invoice below the "add sling swivel," line, that states, "Back ordered 2 weeks." When I finally got around to installing the stock on my rifle, I noticed the missing sling swivel. THEY NEVER SENT ME THE BACKORDERED SLING SWIVEL. I contacted Bonesteel (Chris) three times (once by phone, twice by email) and NOTHING. He didn't even bother to acknowledge my contacts. So, Chris AND Bonesteel, you lost a future customer, not over the $5 sling swivel, but your indifference and deference to your present customer! So, kiss my $#*!!
