I just closed on a refinance with Bond Street Mortgage. Everything was done online or over the phone, and the notary came right to my house for the closing. Bond Street has a 7 step process that they guide you through. For someone not very knowledgeable in the field, it was very simple. One step at a time, they walk you through what information is needed. They set you up on their website, where you can electronically sign documents. They keep you updated on the progress of the loan. Each step of the way they tell you what has been completed and what is next. I attempted to refinance over a year ago with another financial institution, and didn't go through with it, due to all the information and money that they wanted up front. I recommend Bond Street to everyone, and would use them again!

They were pretty slow for me, and it was very stressful because we weren't able to meet the closing date.
