Very Poor Service and store experience no staff and store manager Mr Shabeer and Staff Heena and Aishwarya are not trained no good listener for the customer problem as I have been purchased diamond ring 22 may 2024 I have medical emergency sold it@ Jayanagar Store 03 Feb 2025 still the payment of ******* not got credited hence we say medical emergency also people don't understand customer problem I never ever tell any one to sell back u r diamond thing store very very much bad experience. Very bad service. No money got credited also after multiple time call for the store no *******941 and customer care no *******0066 also I will put see fraud no support team very bad experience.

I received a gift of Bluestone pendant which is not of my choice and hence wanted to exchange or return for a product of my choice. But Bluestone denied to support. They claim themselves as a brand and they cant identify their own products. They need invoice copy and certificate to confirm that its their product. The staff in the Blue stone stores are absolutely untrained. I would never recommend anyone to buy any product from Bluestone

My Rakhi order was delayed and it didn't reach on time. They informed me of the delay 2 days before Rakhi, too late for me to make alternate arrangements. Meanwhile, their customer service was unreachable, didn't reply to any of email and no one called me.

Never buy any product from Bluestone. They are making people fools. They'll convince you to invest in gold 10+1 plan with fake promises. Afterwards, they'll suggest you to take your money back. Once you'll request for money back, they'll show you fake transaction ID. You'll never get money back and not even the gold. Infact their products are extremely fragile, don't even buy them.

I had returned a ring, purchased by my husband on my birthday due to the size. I had ordered an earring as replacement. They told me that it would arriving on 30th Oct. Since then I have been following with them. Every time they say that they will check and get back, hung up the phone. But they never call back. Post that if you call they stop picking your phone. These people are behaving as if they are doing charity. This would be my last purchase from them.

I bought a jewellery piece from them online (I generally do that. Had very nice experience with Caratlane). But it was completely not what was shown in pics. I returned it and had asked them to return the money in my bank account. I got the message from bluestone that they have returned the money. I was satisfied. Now after 10 months, while going through my statements, I realized that I never got the money and the refund was in form of "blue cash". I tried to reach out to them but to my surprise, they didn't even replied to my email that I sent to customer care. I would suggest never buy things from bluestone.

BE AWARE, DON'T BUY.

I bought Lucida nose ring and got it customized with the best quality diamond. It costed me Rs. 12,117/-. It was delivered to me on 2nd of May. I wore it just for 2 days. On 5th morning while I washing my face wearing it, to my utmost surprise it fell down in basin and got washed away through the drain. It's not possible to take out nose ring everytime we wash our face. It was just 2 days old. So can't say got damaged out of usage. It can only fall down that way when there's a manufacturing defect. It's my hard earned 12,117/- which got washed away into drain because Bluestone has not made the lock properly.

This not all. I had ordered The Circlet nose ring too. It got delivered to me yesterday and I found a used, bent and disfigured product within the box. I contacted customer care several times stating my problem. NO ACTION WAS TAKEN OTHER THAN GIVING SOME FALSE ASSURANCE. Please don't fall in this trap. This company isn't worthy of customers trust.

I've bought gift for my wife on anniversary. They forced me to join the gold mine saving scheme saying all false promises I've joined and paid all 10 months instalments after completion I've asked them to make simple traditional coral ring for my mom and dad in 22 crt purity they said they can't do it in 22 crt gold at the time of joining they promised me to make customise jewels and diamonds. I asked them for the gold coin they refused to settle me with gold coin saying I get bonus 1 1/2 months so I can choose only from 18 crt gold. I don't want to buy 18 crt gold so I said give my money back they did not agree for that in beginning but they agreed to give back money on one condition I'll not get my bonus money what I paid I'll get that back I don't any interest benefits or any bonus benefits. So please every one be caution don't join this useless scheme keep your money safe they make use of your money and they don't get any benefits better gold schemes are Available challani VBC

I purchased Mangalsutra online from bluestone and it was broken after use of 15-20days. It was repaired by bluestone (they take charges to repair it, which is ok for me) and again it is broken after use of some months and when I asked them to repair again they said we will not able to repair it.

They said I need to exchange it with different product. In this, there is loss of approx Rs.4000. They are promoting to sell their products and earn. This is my first and last product from bluestone and I never recommend to anyone

Hello, my name is amita sharma. I have recently ended my 10+1 month plan last year of annual amount of Rs. *******/- last week i have visited your store to buy a gold chain. There was a person name HARINDER SINGH Attended me. But i 'm highly dissapointed wd your employee. He offered me a chain of 4.8gram. With a silver coin. After seeing an offer deal i hav accepted that chain and paid cash to him. And he has also upgraded my plan. But now i cancelled my plan to upgrade and he is asking me for a silver coin. As it was only for the 10+1 scheme person. Which he didn't mention on that day. Will never visit that store again that things for sure if you didn't took action.

The Do not have manners how to talk to the clients and impress. Thay promise they will deliver the proud at my place at the time of sailing. But after 4 days I visits the store. I wait 20 minutes then thay open the store. I get in that thay told sir wait 20 mint more out side once

I purchased a Rose Gold "The Alique Bracelet" and even without wearing it once the GOLD has turned black. BlueStone is happy when you give them business and they will call you religiously 100 times but when you raise a complaint they go numb. When I went to their store recently I am told they will refund but they will deduct making charges and GST - is it my mistake if the bracelet has turned black because they used poor quality gold or GOD knows what material? Why should they deduct for something that is poor quality from their end? I trusted this brand, but with the product I received and their customer service, I will NEVER NEVER return to them for any other purchases.

I am compelled to write this review to express my profound disappointment with Bluestone. Recently, I purchased a Gold Chain from their website, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Upon receiving the product, it was immediately evident that it had been severely damaged during transit. The condition in which it arrived was unacceptable, and it was clear that there had been a significant lapse in quality control and packaging.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Bluestone's customer service to address this issue, I was met with nothing but frustration and unhelpfulness. I expected a reputable company like Bluestone to take immediate responsibility for their mistake and offer a swift resolution.

However, I was met with resistance and was informed that I would be charged for the repairs, despite the fact that the product was clearly damaged in transit. This is not only an unfair burden on the customer, but it also speaks volumes about Bluestone's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction.

I have never encountered such a level of incompetence and indifference from a company of this stature. It is truly disheartening to see a brand that I once trusted and valued, fall so far from grace.

I implore potential customers to think twice before making a purchase from Bluestone. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Worst site to buy the gold, they charge the making charges while buying the product and when you go for exchange or buyback they deduct the making charges again from the gold Money, which no-one does in Market except bluestone and also they deduct GST for exchange and handling charges of 500. Please my advise not to buy anything from BLUESTONE.

But i bought 3 rings from them, with some trust, because they given me hallmark BIS certificate for plain ring and SGL certificate of stoned rings, so i trusted blue stone jewellery for buying my rings

I give them 5 star because i satisfied with their good finishing products and their communication with customer, i made all 3 rings with order only, looking the CAD drawings, still i trust BLUE STONE for my future rings makings,, they make rings what was in my mind, i bought all my rings from cathedral road, chennai showroom with trusted showroom manager Mr. HUSSIAN and with other store salesman mr. Promoth,
