I bought some shoes, so disappointing for me, but they were too big. I contacted Blue Spinach. No questions or hassle - send them back, full refund. No hesitation recommending them.

The order is quick - you don't have to wait three days for an operator to call you back. The product I ordered was really the lowest price. So far I am very satisfied and plan to continue shopping.

Very fast delivery, bag was exactly as described in fantastic condition. Excellent service, will definitely be using Blue Spinach again and recommending them to my network.

My only negative would be the packaging used to protect the bag whilst in the postal system. The bag had some protective paper around it, then was placed into a bubble wrap bag. By the time it reached me, the bubble wrap had been torn in two places and was revealing the paper wrap inside. A cardboard box would have been sturdier I feel, due to the weight of the bag itself.

I use the services of the online store is not the first time, and the quality of goods and the level of service do not cause any complaints, all at a high enough level, thank you!
