I have had some very bad experiences while moving in the past. But these people made us feel at ease from the beginning of our move. They provided us with all of the needed details, and nothing was hidden from us. The rates were on a higher side though but international moves are anyway expensive. Apart from that, we faced no issues related to the move. Everything went well.

Stay Away from this Company, It's a SCAM! Fraud!
Like so many reviews, I paid for a container to be shipped from Dubai to the UK. The container arrived in the UK and they are not paying final destination chargers to the local UK delivery company. I have paid in full and now cannot get access to all my household and family goods. They refuse to answer phone calls messages and emails.
I have lodged claims with the Police, Dubai Consumer protection, and Sharjah Consumer rights.
Don't get caught, move on from this Scam.

The company picked all my furnitures: (28 sqm) at my apartment in Abu Dhabi in december 2021, to send to Luxembourg, my new residence. We are in November 2022 and I still have not received my shipment. The company is not answering my emails, phone calls. I am really concerned. I have all the papers to confirm what I am saying.
I am a french citizen, I was living in Abu Dhabi and moved to Luxembourg.

If I could give him less starts I would. In few words, it's been 3 years and I have yet to see all of my home items. HE STOLE THEM

Hired him to enter my home and pack all of my things. He stored for a few months before we needed it shipped to our new home.

He took our monthly payment for the storage every month and when we finally told him to ship it, he dissapeared.

He takes advantage of the fact that people are out of the country so they can't file a police report. He blocked me and STOLE all of my home items. He is a robber and scammer and i'm not afraid to take him to court next time I am in Dubai. Don't HIRE HIM

Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars, but note that this company doesn't even deserve 1/2 a star!

I don't recommend to ever, ever do business with this company as they are the most incompetent and underhanded bunch of people I have ever come across.

Note that Blue Peter Lines never even once came to the premises to supervise or oversee the packing activities that was 100 % sub contracted to their lowest bidder in the UAE and when there was problems, they were no where near to come and resolve the issue and tried to then charge me more to bring the other items that stayed behind at an extra cost.

They have cost me thousands of dollars in demurrage, storage and overstay charges for my two containers from Dubai to South Africa just because they tried to save a penny on my expense, while claiming full Door To Door service.

Please note that they try to trick you to recommend an agent in your country of destination, then they don't conclude their contractual arrangements with these agents and try and blame everything on you! They recommended a list of "trusted partners" to choose from and I gave them two options, from which they then nominated their preferred agent, whereafter I said "Ok".

When they failed to reach an agreement for 9 days after the container arrived with the agent of their choosing, they then tried to blame me saying that they were "forced" to use the agent that I recommended.

All this while the demurrage and overstay charges accumulate against your risk! They have no incentive to do the right thing because they exclude all demurrage, storage and overstay charges from their quotes!

They do not care that they cost the customer thousands of dollars in demurrage, storage and overstay charges while sit back for week's to negotiate and get a better prices with other agents.

My shipment was delayed for 9 days already before I was even made aware (by an outside party!) of their inability and unwillingness to appoint an agent at the destination port!

They willfully misled me and kept the fact that there were delays that is for my account from me as a client because the knew they excluded and delay charges and I will foot the bill.

They then blame the shipping liner, the shipping liner's appointed agents, the other agents in the destination port and especially the client for all the inaction and dereliction of their responsibilities on their part by claiming that that they do nothing wrong and make every one else as the "liars, crooks and thieves"

After reading the similar experiences from too many other people on google reviews and other review platforms, who have also suffered at the hands of this unscrupulous business (much to late! And after the worst 3 weeks of my life) I regret ever getting into contact with them.

I was forced to step in to take control of the shipment as I lost all faith in them.

This cost me thousand more to step in and they now refuse to return the money they owe me me to complete their work.

They try to twist everything around to mask their incompetence and I will never recommend to anyone to use this company.

I have all the proof in the world and I will do everything at my disposal to get the money that I have lost back from them and to expose them for what they have done to me and so many other people.

People be aware, that there are too many similar cases of this kind of review about Blue Peter Lines LLC!

I know they will try to discredit me in their response and also threaten me with legal action (like they did to all others who gave them a negative review), but note that there are even more similar cases on this platform and other reviews on the internet.

Once they have their hands on your shipment in they are in absolute control and from that point forward you are powerless!

We had a pleasant and smooth move with Blue Peter They always reacted quickly and professionally to plan the move. They packed and shipped our items from Al Ain to Brussels and they did it perfect.The total service was excellent from first email to the last packaging service and at the final destination. We will definitely be making use of their service again in future if a suitable opportunity arises and Blue peter comes with our heartfelt recommendation.

Scam alert. One person acting in different roles and deceiving the customers. Aware of blue peter lines. While looking for a shipping company to ship my household items from UAE to the UK, I came across Blue peter lines. The website was quite impressive, and I got the quote From Cecil. I asked about the charges and the service. He promised me that my items would reach my UK destination in a month, and the quote was for door-to-door service, which meant I didn't have to worry about anything or pay additional.
Later, Cecil showed his true color. He stopped answering my calls, ignored texts and gave no information on my cargo. The items were taken from me on June 8th, 2022, and after several follow up, I was able to get about the container details on September 2nd, and the packing list provided was incorrect. When I asked about the container details and the expected arrival date, he threatened me to call him Mr. Cecil or Sir. And not by his name. Also, when I contacted him to get the details on the consignment, he threatened me, telling me that he would be throwing my items in the garbage.
I had no clue on my shipment, if it was shipped from UAE, while he sent me a wrong packing list, I had to call his sub contract - movers to check if my items were properly packed and handed over to blue peter. They assumed that I was from blue peter lines and they started discussing with me about the pending dues which blue peter lines had to pay them. And they even said that there was huge outstanding for many months and it has to be cleared asap.
The cargo arrived here in the UK by September 2nd and while I contacted him, he was speaking so rudely and he ignored my calls and the emails of the local shipping agent (Top Removals UK). Later I knew that he did not pay the shipping agent (Top Removals UK) for the clearance and the door delivery and they weren't able to reach him(Cecil) as well. Only then I knew that this guy is a cheat and he has taken all the money from the customers and not paying to his shipping partners.
Whenever I called him, he used to abuse and threaten me and due to this I had to go through mental stress. I had no choice other than paying the charges myself and getting the items delivered to me. I have also lodged a complaint with the authorities in UAE.
Therefore please be aware of this company and the one and only sales/accountant/logistics guy Cecil/John/Antony. He might speak very politely and friendly and give you assurance. Once you have paid your money, he will start showing his true nature. Even he asked me to show some courtesy as if he was doing all this free of cost. I was really shocked and surprised. Whatever quote he had given, I had paid him and later he was threatening me.
Cecil is the person who is only one person working in all the departments which he will send emails from Sales, accounts, documents etc. and all the different contact numbers calls will be attended by him.
After investigating I came to know something about the company that his wife and another partner owns the Blue Peter LLC both in Kerala. For all the fraud and criminal works, Cecil (attached his picture) will not be responsible and the responsibility will be on companies name who they are in Kerala(India) and Cecil can be safe in UAE.

Similarly, the storage, unloading and unpacking was perfect in Toronto. We needed storage for a little more time and they accomodated us without any extra charge. Overall, a great experience. All the other stuff and our car were also moved with their help only. We got great services. All our stuff was delivered to us with zero damage, everything was packed well.
