I am getting fantastic help with transferring my files to Bluehost. I am waiting for the DNS to point to Bluehost. However, Bluehost does not recognize my password when attempting to change my security pin. Bluehost does not recognize my original security pin.

Terrible experience every time I call in. I usually have to call four or five times to get someone that finally can solve my issue. Your wordpress hosting is the slowest on the market. Even one page websites take 15 seconds to load. I have moved several clients over to Godaddy and their speeds increase tenfold immediately with no changes to the website. I will be moving my hosting service in February.

I am hot impressed that I cannot easily find ANYWHERE within my account area WHEN - ie: the date - that my hosting plan expires and will need renewing. Is there a reason you are hiding this information from me? I even tried looking at past bills / invoices and NOTHING shows. SERIOUSLY? I should be able to find this information in my account. I can find when my DOMAINS need renewal, but NOT my hosting plan. VERY UNIMPRESSED

Getting my site launched with a new URL was a nightmare that took 5 days of calling support to get successfully finished. Hold times for support were always around 15 minutes. This is not the level of support that I was expecting.
