Customer service was awful, claimed to never have received my calls. They did not allow me to return a dress that arrived DAMAGED.
I order a shirt and I am getting the run around trying to return it It has a rip in the collar I was told send an email I did next I was told send a picture I did now I am told wait for a manager to call BS Customer satisfaction should always come first and if an item is damage replace it that's all wow I will never never order from them again
BEWARE: IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING FROM BLUE HEAVEN BOUTIQUE, I SUGGEST YOU DON'T! How can an online retailer not have a return policy geared at customer satisfaction? When shopping online customers expect to feel confident that if something doesn't fit, the quality is poor, or the fabric is not as expected, that they can get their money back... not at Blue Heaven. No returns, and you can only exchange within 10 days of reciepts. It took 7 days for the item to even arrive! No indication of their return policy in the shopping cart, or in their checkout pages... DISHONEST! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
Stay away from purchasing anything from this website. The customer service is horrible. Actually, there really is no customer service as the store is only out for themselves. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude also,
