Bad experience

Did not received the parcel but the courier service claimed already delivered. Sent email to Australia Post but they ask me to check with my own national courier. I sent email to Blublox customer service but they ask me to wait. I informed them that I didn't received it. But no further response from them. So finally give up. Will not shop again with them
