I stayed in Manchester a few weeks ago and saw Blow had a visit from home service. I booked in a festival hair look, which cost approx £20. I put in the hotel address I was staying at and was assigned a local professional to complete the style. I was so excited, as I am rubbish at styling my own hair! Having booked 2 weeks before arriving in Manchester, I felt prepared. An hour before the stylist was due to arrive, I saw a missed call on my phone. It was from their call centre to say a family emergency had come up and that they were unable to replace the slot with anyone else. I would be entitled to a refund. I was absolutely gutted and tried to call back to see if I could speak to management to escalate the case and see if anyone else could come out. I spoke to a disinterested lady on the other end of the phone that told me it happens sometimes and there's nothing more they could do. Que calling every hairdresser in the locality! Don't use them - they are unreliable and uninterested in you, a paying customer!
