I feel tricked and frustrated. The quiz results were nothing special, and I wouldn't have paid for them if I'd know they were so generic. What's worse is that I got charged $24.95 monthly without being properly informed. Their cancellation process is unnecessarily complicated, and I'm still trying to get my money back.

Even though I canceled, they charged me $30 again! I can`t get a hold of anyone at support. This is frustrating and unfair!
