Bloomspot.com is just like groupon, mydailydeals, and living social. One tip, to find deals that you bought, click on my account and scroll down to my offers. The deal you bought will be light blue, click on that link to bring your deal. I've been very happy with bloomspot. The deals seem to have reasonable expirations too!.

“I purchased a Fandango/Starbucks combo on December...”

I purchased a Fandango/Starbucks combo on December 19,2011 and have not received my product! They did, however already charge my credit card! When I call Bloomspot, I never get an answer. Also, when I email them, I receive no response. It would be very easy to fix the problem if they would just issue new codes that I CAN redeem through Digital Doorstep, but instead they just ignore me. I'm very disappointed.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do yourself a favor and use trusted sites like Groupon. Bloomspot uses false advertising to gain customers.

They offered a $5 off deal and did not honor their advertising! Go with Groupon - always reliable. Bloomspot are liars and disrespectful to their customers. I will never use them again.

Bloomspot is absolutely the worst, will never use it again. I had a certificate that was not honored after the date, and they gave me "rewards" instead of a refund. Which is what I should have been given. Now - they are sending me warnings saying that the rewards are going to expire. Excuse me? This is MY money. I am going to make the biggest stink, complain on every site possible, and contact the BBB. I've had it with this bargain sites not playing by the rules. They won't last long. I heard Chase bought them - I will even complain to Chase.

National Geographic did not recognize certificate number. Emailed support at bloomspot on Sunday, no call on Monday. Called Monday twice and was on hold for 15 minutes each time and then they disconnect your line. Money wasted, will not use again.

Like others, I purchased a bogus deal for an all-inclusive trip. The travel agency never sent payment to the resort and when I called Bloomspot, I was asked by the customer service representative, Page, "What do you want BloomSpot to do about it?" As this was a rude question to ask a customer, I asked to speak to Page's manager and she stated that she is the manager. They are refunding me for the amount I paid for the travel deal but the customer service is horrible.

I cannot get my money back for Starbucks/movie tkt deal! I have been trying since January. No one returns my emails, Bloomspot stopped sending me offers by emails and will not return my emails! Frustrated and disgusted. Will only buy coupons from Groupon or Living Social. This wannabe is not working!

Bloomspot is the absolute worse deal site out there. They shouldn't even be in business the way they treat their customers. I purchased a $150 deal and ended up moving so I couldn't use the voucher. I emailed them and basically they said there was nothing they could do. After weeks of back and forth emails they finally gave me a credit that expired within 6 months. How does credit expire?!

So for the past 6 months I've been looking at the site trying to find ONE decent deal with zero luck! Since I don't live in a city where they have local deals I have to find an online deal which they only feature maybe 1 a week (which always suck). They offer the worse deals of any deal site on the internet. So basically I wasn't able to use my credit and they wouldn't offer me a refund. Horrific customer service to say the least. They don't care about their customers in the least which explains why they have none. If you could give negative stars, I would.

Had a bad experience with the piperlime deal. The way the discount was applied made it impossible to return items, because the discount was applied evenly to each item (instead of just coming straight off your bill) and in my case, if I kept one item and returned 2, the item would end up costing me additional money out of pocket, even though it was worth less than the promotional value of the bloomspot item.

I called and asked what my options were, and the customer service agent was rude and told me it wasn't her problem. I told her I wanted a refund and she said it was impossible. I kept asking to speak to someone higher up and she refused and said I should just call piperlime.

After experiencing exceptional customer service from groupon after a deal went bad, I am disgusted with the way bloomspot does business and treats their customers. Be wary before you shop there.

2nd BOGUS voucher in less than a month. Bloomspot seems to want to ride the tails of the success of Groupon, however, when the deals they sell are BOGUS or the merchants won't return phone calls it all becomes clear == it's a rip off. After threatening to involve www.ic3.gov (the Internet Fraud Commission) and the state Attorney General, they agreed to refund my money, however, after 3 days of repeated phone calls, the merchant still never called back. Groupon has gone to a public IPO and therefore has to answer to it's board and stock holders. Stick with them if you want a reputable and reliable deal. Bloomspot is just stealing people's money in hopes that the voucher will expire before they try to use it so they don't have to refund money. Research the company offering the discounted voucher service. The last one I purchased a voucher for, I just found on YELP with 1 of 11 positive reviews, all the rest were about how they did not receive the services promised in their voucher for Bloomspot.

Be aware of the Chef's tasting deals offered for Asia De Cuba in LA. The value of the deal is $115. Bloomspot offers it at $75. IT IS NOT THE SAME MENU!. I had the Chef's tasting menu with Wine Pairinga nd and I paid $115 at Asia de Cuba last month. I liked it very it very much and I bought $75 Bloomspot coupon for the same deal. It was a big surprise to find out that Bloompsot has a special menu for this deal. It supposed to be the same value of $115 but we had an appetizer with one piece of tuna on the plate while the original menu calls for three pieces of tuna on the plate. We have been offered three half glasses of wine while the original menu offers six half glasses wine pairing. When we brought the difference to our waitress' attention she said Bloomspot deal does not offer the full value. Be careful! When you pay less at Bloomspot you do not get the original value. You get some kind of Skimmed Menu. There is no small print on this anywhere in Bloomspot. It is bad business practice. I will never buy anything from Bloomspot again.
