Roller Shade

I ordered reverse roll for my roller shade, and when it came, I found out that the roll closer to the wall is STANDARD roll, which is what I wanted. Blindster made me a new roller shade, when the mistake was MINE!

Mostly satisfied

Liked everything except the screws provided. They were VERY soft. They striped our half way home. I had to back them out with a plier in order to get a replacement home. (I was installing into pine not hard wood). If you are installing into anything more dense than a bar of soap, I definitely recommend a pilot hole. These screws are softer than brass!

Blindster Verticals

I like Blindster! Four years ago I purchased vertical blinds for my 12x22 foot solarium. I was very satisfied with the from the start. Then, a couple of months ago, a plastic piece attached to the header suddenly broke. I called Blindster to see if I could order that small piece. The answer was no. I would have to order the entire section of the header--about six feet. However, the customer service rep told me, Blindster will send you a replacement header section, including shipping, at no charge. How could one not like Blindster?!?

Sliding glass door solution!

I've been bothered by the curtain panels I'd hung by my kitchen sliding glass door. They weren't the simple, sleek look I want. But the roller blind I ordered with Blindster has been perfect. We got the decorative mounting cassette valance which curves slightly out of the frame, but looks perfect. I had worried about that, thinking I didn't have enough depth. Actually I prefer this over it being flush with the wall. I'd also worried about the blind rolling off the back and hitting the door handle. That also hasn't been a problem! We have the chain loop mounted on the side where the door doesn't slide, and the blind easily descends, clearing the handle. I'm very happy that the blind is nice and that it meets all the needs of this space!

Continue to be impressed

My first experience with Blindster was excellent, which is what made me come back again. I was a little nervous about the quality of the roman shades, but I can tell you they are superb. In comparison to others that I have in my house that cost much more, I think these are even better. Install was about 10 minutes for the two windows. I'm so glad I went with a pattern instead of just plain white. Everyone compliments my shades and they are the perfect addition to my new dining room.

The blind does not lower evenly. The cord stop hits before the blind
Is fully lowered. App. 2" from the bottom.

Not Satisfied At All

Installed the blinds, but the bracket sits so far off of the window that light glares in through the sides. Emaile Blindster twice to see if they had any product for the side of the blinds, as the blackout does no good with light still coming in the sides.

Still have not heard back from Blindster.

Wonderful Customer Service

I ordered blinds for 4 windows. The order came in a few weeks and everything fit beautifully except for the metal valance piece on one of the windows. It was just slightly too big to fit on the window. We remeasured it and it was off by just about 1/8 of an inch. All the windows measured the same but this one piece was just slightly too big to fit. I called customer service asking for any advice or help on what I could do to make it fit. I spoke with a woman who was so kind and helpful. She offered a few suggestions on how to cut the valance, but we don't own the kind of saw that would have been needed. After speaking with her for several minutes she said that she would just send us a new valance cut slightly smaller. She did exactly that and it now fits perfectly. I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I did not. I am extremely happy with the blinds, they look great and the service was fabulous!
