Very happy with my purchase of 3 different sized blinds. EASY to install and I even did the inside mount.

Trying to fix up a family home on a different coast and I COMPLETELY missed measurements on two windows. Customer service was very helpful and understanding and I am waiting for my replacements to arrive at a nominal charge.

This was my second order. There was a broken part in one of four blinds. Got immediate response from customer service. Had replacement part within a week, no questions asked. Very impressed.

The delivery was excellent. The product works well. The main issue I have is that with my vertical blinds (which were 12 feet long and opened in the center), the pull cord on the right could not be attached to the wall. The blinds came with the items necessary to attach the two cords to the wall, but if I did so, the cords would cross and not function smoothly (as they were designed).

Very pleased with overall ordering experience and product when it arrived. Would not hesitate to use blindsteer agin.

The customer service was excellent. The ladies I spoke to were always very helpful and it wa easy to get credit for one blind that didn't fit. The only dissatisfaction was with some of the quality issues. One blind was strung up crooked and the plastic tassles are sort f cheap looking. I also wanted a decorative tape but that isn't an option.

This was a quality product. It was the easiest I ever installed and looks fantastic with the canister mounting. There is no need for any other window finishes.
The 5% shade is perfect with the new E60 glass windows slightly tinted. Exactly the look I was going after.

Ordering couldn't have been easier. I checked and double-checked my measurements and ordered roman shades for my living room and was very pleased with the product I received. They look great and work well. They were even better than I expected.

The blinds I ordered all fit perfectly and were just what I expected. The value was great! I used them for my cabin at the lake, a condo and a beach house!

Ordered my blinds a while ago, came on time, were easy to install and looked great. Ordered vertical for my sliding glass door. This one came on time and is great looking. Would recommend them.

We purchased the Hatteras Camel value bamboo shades for our entire cabin. They look very stylish. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend these shades.

I order my blinds online and kept my fingers cross that they would be everything they were supposed to be. And guess what, they were. Very, very happy with my purchased. Just loved them and they fit perfect.

So easy! I measured my window as instructed, and ordered the blind. It arrived sooner than expected and fit perfectly. Installation was easy, I used a cordless drill to pre drill holes, and all hardware was included. Looks great in my laundry room!

Good quality and price and service. Two of the faux wood blinds had factory defects from a $700 order. They were replaced very easily and I didn't have to send the defects back.

Good but not great. The blinds don't roll out completely and some are uneven, one side rolls all the way down and the other not.
