Easy installation

I was sent an inside mount which apparently I asked for. This is not a standard mount, so if that's the default, that is not a good one. I may have chosen it because they asked if I wanted an inside or outside mount. I figured they meant indoors, I suppose.

Anyway, they agreed to send me a new mount free of charge but I was having a cookout on Memorial Day weekend and wanted them in before then. I was told I would receive it on Friday and did not get it until the next Tuesday.

Being able to order multiple free samples and having direct access to a BG consultant to guide us with accurate measuring were both helpful and appreciated.

The blind was what I ordered. It was a teakwood venitian blind. The hangers for it were white however, so I had to paint them to match and so that was a bit inconvenient.

Had a tear in blind. Called to let Blindsgalore aware of problem. People I spoke with were courteous, polite and very helpful. The problem was resolved. A new shade was shipped in a timely manner.
We have ordered from this company many times and recommend it to all. Satisfaction always! Compliments from everyone that sees the blinds and/or shades purchased.

We needed to get new blinds for our late sunroom windows. We already purchased blinds for our dining room and need to complete our sunroom. They are beautiful, easy to put up, and I love them.

Website is appealing and the wizard to make product selections and enter dimensions is easy to use. Blinds arrived timely, made to my specifications and were packaged carefully. Only issue is regarding installation. Instructions were not in packaging. Website installation documents for plantation shutters very much dated and hard to read. Based on instructions and installation parts provided, I had to contact Customer Service to determine which exact set of instructions to use.

The quality of this blind is equal with Douglas Hunter blinds, When I shop for another blind, I will definitely shop here.

Ordered vertical blinds for a patio door and followed the measurement instructions as instructed. Blinds arrived in a timely manner and the window install was super easy by following the instructions using the supplied brackets. Anyone can do this so give it try!

Ordered 5 2" wide vinyl mini blinds. Each were +/-96" long. The blinds fit very well. Hanging was super easy. The only thing I would change is that the cords for both raising/lower and turning were longer. With such long windows, I cannot reach the cords without a stool.

Ordering free samples made the choice so easy. Our roller shades arrived well packaged, with everything needed to install. So easy and they look beautiful in my daughter's bedroom! Ordering more for all our bedrooms now.
