I placed my order and was given a tracking number, that tracking number said the blinds had been delivered to a different state and city. When I called to ask, I was told it was an error and would be corrected. It was never corrected, and I had no idea the status of my order because every time I checked, the status was "Delivered". When I would call, I was told my order was in process and the tracking would be updated. That never happened until they were actually sent out.
Great shopping experience! We have received several compliments from family & friends on our blinds. I would highly recommend Blindsgalore if you are in need of shades or blinds.

The transaction lacked communication. We did not know if the order was recieved by Blindsgalore since there was no confirmation of "Order Recieved". Not sure why, they had my email address. I tried calling and got what seemed to be a home office response but no follow up at all. I thought I had been scammed. You could do better by adding a touch of customer service to your process.
I have ordered blinds 3 different times over the past 4 years. As I redo a room then I order blinds for that room. Each time I have been very pleased with them. I am a repeat customer. Now I have blinds for all my windows!

We did not read anywhere in the instructions that the motorized blinds were already pre-programmed for the top and lower limits of the window. So we spent several hours trying to program them, were on the phone with your technical support for two hours, and ultimately ended up having to replace two of four blinds. Because even with tech-support, we could not get them to program to raise and lower properly.
All this could have been avoided if somewhere, anywhere obvious, we would've been informed that the blinds were already programmed.
Also, it was clear that two of the customer service representatives were brand new, and didn't know anything more than we did, as they were just reading the instruction manual the same as we were.
Easy website to follow. Blinds were as expected. Nice quality. No problems. I could not be happier!

Tell you the truth I have been conversing with one of your customer service reps for months. His response times were $#*!. Granted we were in different time zones but at one point I didn't hear from him for almost a week! Ends up he went on vacation and NO ONE WAS CHECKING HIS EMAILS! Completely unacceptable. He was a little snippy with his language and all in all I decided I would actually rather pay a couple hundred more dollar and did order manually myself just so he didn't make the commission on the sale. Yea he pissed me off. His loss. And he never did follow up to see why I hadn't gotten back to him. He didn't want to work for it, he didn't get it! BTW his name is Juan Woidtke
