We did the Cordless TDBU blinds and they look great! Exactly as described and arrived quickly. My husband did poke through one side on installation, but we were able to turn it around and it still works. So be careful on install, otherwise they've been awesome!

I was a little apprehensive about ordering my blinds online without seeing them first. However, I was very impressed with the quality and ease of ordering them. They came very well packaged were easy to install and fit perfectly on my patio windows.
Blinds good but instructions to hang them were horrible and incomprehensible and pictures tiny and useless. So I hung them with command strips as they stay down all the time. You need to rewrite instructions.

No information online about progress of order at all. After weeks of no information, I called customer service and was told this was their busy period and it would take 4 more weeks for the factory to receive the parts to begin the process.

As our agent mentioned, Levelor was overwhelmed and backed up in production, but were able to catch up and got your order out within 30 days of the order being placed. As we like to say when a delay occurs, we work hard to beat those new ship dates! Fortunately, your order did indeed beat that ship date. We appreciate your understanding.
