First of all, Letty was a joy to work with setting up the order. However, what really stood out to me was the customer service after we received our first order. I made a mistake with my measurements and Blinds Galore made it a breeze at no cost to me to redo the order for smaller blinds. They really stand behind their guarantee and the replacement process was a breeze. All they required was for me to donate the blinds to Habitat for Humanity and give them a receipt of the donation to get the replacements ordered. That's it! Even though the fault was entitely mine, they stood behind their products and business guarantee, thereby making the whole experience positive and expedient. I will absolutely return for any outdoor blind needs. The coolaroo blinds themselves are incredibly well made and very sleek and modern. Everything arrived in perfect condition with clear instructions for installation. Products and service of BlindsGalore are 10/10. Highly recommend!

Have ordered several times from Blinds Galore. Easy process, exact measurements, fast service, huge selection. I first ordered from this company almost 18 years ago and those blinds are just now being replaced.
Blinds arrived in a timely manner and are very easy to install. They're also effective at blocking out the sunlight. I have another wider blind and unfortunately the cheap particle board slat broke in the middle. So the blind has to replaced.

We did not read anywhere in the instructions that the motorized blinds were already pre-programmed for the top and lower limits of the window. So we spent several hours trying to program them, were on the phone with your technical support for two hours, and ultimately ended up having to replace two of four blinds. Because even with tech-support, we could not get them to program to raise and lower properly.
All this could have been avoided if somewhere, anywhere obvious, we would've been informed that the blinds were already programmed.
Also, it was clear that two of the customer service representatives were brand new, and didn't know anything more than we did, as they were just reading the instruction manual the same as we were.
