I am a loyal customer, never had an issue but of course there is always a first time so after receiving my order I called customer service to report and issue with my order and without hesitation they replace my shades and I received them very quickly. They are gorgeous and my widows look incredible.

Phone call was great. I did email a question but never received an answer.

I have a very hair neighbor that insists on cooking shirtless in his instant pot in his window with the blinds up. The people that lived there before never had their blinds open so I didn't bother to get any for my own window.

I'm not a fan of sloppy bears so I designed and purchased some. Perfect fit. Super easy installation. Everyone in my house is happy.

We have a larger than standard sliding glass door. Blindsgalore was the only site that had the measurements we needed and did not cost a ridiculous amount of money. We had it in a couple weeks and installation was easy.

I recommend purchasing these blinds. The installation was easier than many blinds and they look really good. The blinds can be removed easily for cleaning purposes. The reason that we replaced our old blinds was due to difficulties in cleaning them - these blinds allow for easy cleaning ensuring that they will still be looking good year after year.

My only complaint about this whole shopping experience was the search function lets you put in measurements for the shades youre looking to buy but the pricing in the search doesnt reflect those measurements correctly and shows options that arent actually available in the size you selected which made shopping and comparing prices very frustrating and confusing. Also wish there was a compare function between models. Otherwise selecting options and ordered was easy and smooth. Installation was easy as well.

The blinds I ordered were all made to the sizes requested. Installation was very easy.

Fast shipping, good quality, love these cellular shades. They last and are very durable, I put them in my garage. They are easy to install and don't cost an arm and a leg to buy.

This is a off white vinyl room darkening roller shade. It is made very well, it is motorized and works great. I am very happy with it. I plan on ordering more for other bedrooms.

The customized size is exactly what I ordered. The quality of the blinds and the hardware to hang it up are really good. The blackout option is real advertisement. It blocks out all the light.

The company had said we would have two orders received at different times which we did. We had to refer back to our order online to figure out what blind went where. The measurements identified them, but our identifier (k1, b1) was not found on the package. Also when we said we wanted to have the blinds we wanted and measured them to go on the framing of the window. Our framing wasn't flat so it created a challenge. We couldn't see any specific cases online to solve this problem. My husband figured out a tricky solution on the first four windows, then figured out a simpler solution for the last four. We also had 2 brackets missing which the company sent immediately. All-in-all we are satisfied with all these blinds. They seem to be of good quality and work well. We will buy more blinds from this company.

Blinds are good. They would have been better if there was not the bright orange sticker stuck to the bottom of the blind(s).
