I feel like a little too much was taken off the width from what I ordered. I feel like they could've been about a quarter inch wider for a perfect fit. Also, I felt like there was too much extra on the height.

They were easy to install but I can see how the odd shaped brackets could be a little confusing.

I didn't know top-down/bottom-up shades existed.

Ordering was easy and the fit was perfect, but the blinds had gotten damaged in shipping. Blindsgalore was very responsive to my email and quickly sent a replacement. I'm a happy customer!

Follow the directions for ordering your custom blind and pick what you like. Installation is a breeze. I used the existing holes from my previous blind and it was up in minutes. Whole process was easy, price was right for what I received, which was a pleated shade, top down bottom up, no cords. The tabs you put on to lift and lower the shade were hard to snap on but they did go on eventually. Thought I might break them actually but didn't. Blind works great and looks great.

Received blinds without bar. Call to customer services resulted in correct ones being shipped. Service was outstanding.

Mounting turned out a lot more involved than with the former simpler version of these Roman Shades. There's too much plastic and gadgetry involved (continuous cords that inevitably will balk at the place where the cords were joined! And one has to finesse a way to get the cord moving again - very annoying and time consuming!) The consumer should be trusted to make the choice of a free hanging cord!

Customer service was outstanding. Everything was explained to me as I am not accustomed to buying blinds. I guess I'm used to grandma's old type blinds.
They were so simple to install. All six were installed in a matter of a short time.
I have more windows to do and will definitely be ordering from Blindsgalore again.

The blind is awesome. It has a very nice and smooth movement when putting it up or down. Fits perfectly in the window with very little light leaks.
