Great Customer Service

I ordered a vertical blind for my living room window, when it arrived the head rail was bent. I called them and they sent a replacement out the next day. They did not ask for me to return the head rail, nor did they ask me to send them pictures of the damage. If I ever need additional blinds for my home, I will definitely being using them again.

Beautiful

This was the 2nd time that we ordered shades from Blindsgalore. We bought them for classrooms. Shades were received quickly. They are already installed & look beautiful. The first set of shades that we bought a few years ago still look great. Would order again from Blindsgalore.

Easy ordering and the product was beautifully made. It is not the same brand as the other ones we have but unless you are standing on top of them comparing you would never know they were two different brands.

Item was a perfect fit. The only suggestion would be that the instructions be a bit more complete. I had someone out it up for me who has done this type of install many times and the instructions were vague in areas.

Wonderful return policy

I ordered an incorrect blind and notified Blinds Galore. They happily ordered the correct blind for me and Todd me to donate the wrong blind rather than return it. I was able to donate it to a day care center. They really appreciated it! And, I now have the beautiful blind I wanted.

The customer service agent checked to see if there was anything that we could do to resolve the problem. She then gave us a number to call the manufacturer and a reference number. We called and the blinds were replaced promptly.

Last year I ordered 2 blinds for the bedroom, All my windows are the same size. The current order was for the one of the leaving room window. Since the color and the measurements were already in the history it was easy. The delivery was fast.

Missing pieces

I received my 3 shades but only received hangers for my small one. They did ship the missing hangers but it took another 1.5 weeks to get them. I love the shades though and they work great. Not hard to install.

Mixed results

We originally ordered the cordless roll up tension shade. Unfortunately the tension part didn't properly function for more than 2 months. We called and wanted them replaced/switched for the corded type.
It was past the 30 satisfaction guarantee but we argued it wasn't a satisfaction issue but a product defect issue and we didn't want to have the same problem with another cordless shade. After several calls they finally agreed to switch out the blinds for the corded type.
