Easy to connect with a customer service person and to edit the shades. They were helpful to resolve our question since we have a 10 foot wide window recess with three windows in it. We entered the centerline dimensions separating the three windows and their software deducted appropriately for our shades to fit perfectly!
Very happy with the quality, the ease of installation and the detailed instructions!
We ordered the motorized cellular blinds and so impressed with how well they work. They came preprogrammed to stop 1/8" from the window sill!

I'm replacing all the blinds in my house as they fail with the 2" Faux Wood Blinds. We have a large house so this is going to be a lengthy period of purchases. So far the blinds have been great and so much lighter than the real wood ones that the previous owners put up.

Easy Website to navigate.
I had a problem with the brackets.
Wrong ones were shipped.
Customer service told me I had to order valances but they couldn't price them out. They had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. It was then I realized you ere a reseller and not the manufacturer.
Bad news.
I went back to look at my order and realized they shipped the wrong brackets, called CS again and sent pics and customer service rep had them resend the proper brackets.
It is hard for me to recommend a company that is a reseller unless the people I recommend to know how to navigate what exactly they need.

Site is very easy to navigate. This is the 3rd time we have used this company, in 3 different houses. We have been pleased every time.

Hardware selection inadequate for inside mounting option.
Shade mounting brackets should not be shipped installed on the shade header.
Simply include the shade mounting brackets in a bag with the other hardware items.

Huge selection of window coverings. Lots of choices in types and colors. Easy explanation on how to measure windows for both types of mountings

Each blind came as ordered and properly labeled for ease in location installation. Install was simple except for the horizontal Sliding Door blind which arrived with the cords in a tangled mess. Take your time to untangle and learn how they need to be layed out...you can do it if I did it!

Lots of choices, I like that. I like that I could get samples sent to my home in a timely manner. The color options and fabric options were endless! I was able to find exactly what I needed for the space that I have.

The website is easy to use, all the options are clearly explained. It made shopping a breeze. The blinds were delivered early and with easy installation instructions.
