Good selection, best prices, delivery as expected. I measured wrong, thank goodness it wasn't by much, marred the experience but it surely was not Blinds.com fault. They did it all right.
As always, excellent. The loop cord anchor did not work for this middle window shade. Sorry b ut I have no further comments.
The instructions were awful. I had parts that I didn't know where they went. And the instructions for attaching the cord "guide/holder" were nonexistent.

Overall, the products are good, not great. One set of my blinds was missing all the mounting hardware as well as the three extra valences I ordered. I called and shared this, and the lady told me the parts would be expedited. This took three weeks. It's not expeditious at all. Then, there are still missing parts. The corner clips and mounting brackets for the side profile of the outside mount valance were not included.
I have ordered these blinds before. Customer service was very helpful in figuring out how to match this order with previous orders.

After going round and round with customer service finally was determined that I do need a remote for my motorized blinds, even though I purchased the smart hub. I wish this was a default on the purchase or someone could have warned me. Had to order a $80 remote from the supplier. (amazon remotes will not work!)

I was trying to order more blinds of the same kind I ordered previously, but the email order confirmation I have from that order doesn't have enough information to make sure I'm ordering the same thing (like the depth of shade I ordered before). I originally ordered double cell shades but the link takes me to a listing with only single cells available, and the color I had doesn't match with any on there now. It was confusing and challenging trying to order more blinds to match the ones I already have.

Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
