The blackout blinds honeycomb that I ordered for the front bedroom to avoid the spotlight. We're so heavy. I could hardly lift them. I'm an older person when I try to get a replacement blind they wanted more money for a different blind. I think this is wrong. They should've given me a blind at no extra cost.

The blinds are excellent quality and the sizing was perfect. I ordered outside mount but they came with an inside mount valance. When I called customer service I was able to speak with a real person (extremely rare these days) and the service was exceptional. Super nice people.They sent the correct part out with no issues. Ok. An obvious drop in quality compared to blinds I bought 2 years back. Push button device for raising and lowering blinds is cheaper and not as sturdy.
I thought I had ordered my blinds with a remote control, but I was not sure. I called customer service, and the agent helped me understand what I needed to add to my order, including blind options and overall pricing.
Product as described. Good quality. The only thing I would change are the instructions. First step states to leave at least 3/4 of an inch from the edge, but may be re-written to say no more than 3/4 of an inch and explain why. Need space to attach the ballast during the final step. Also, ordered two blinds but only received one wand. Not a huge issue, but two wands would have been nice. However, overall satisfied.

Designer who helped me order was very friendly and helpful. I was glad to have her as a resource since I had trouble figuring out how to order on the website. I was also confused about the difference in price for two different 3% shades. I should have ordered more samples to compare quality, not just color. The quality isn't as nice as some we ordered for the front window from Blindster, but they'll have to do. I just hope they last. I certainly did appreciate the measure and installation by the trained professional. Overall, everything went well.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
