I've provided screenshots of my problem and still nothing has been resolved.My winnings were sent to an address that was not mines. They fixed one withdrawal but there are two sent to that same address that still remain and they are doing nothing to fix it. I've never had this crypto address and when I look up the address the crypto is still there.

This is the second time I have tried to make a withdrawal and each time they come up with excuse after excuse why they can't pay me the withdrawal either it's on hold or it's pending all they're doing is trying to delay so I can lose my winnings which I pretty much done both times so they don't have to pay me out. I am not playing it any longer that way you will have to pay me out I have lost thousands with you guys and you can't give me one simple withdrawal. I made a deposit with bit play and was told that my Bitcoin fees would be covered. However, once I made the deposit, they were not covered. Only $3 were covered and the fees were 11. They should not be lying about what they will do.

I won a significantly larger amount than usual on 12/21/23. I requested the max I could withdrawal($200) and the status underneath the withdrawal said "on hold" for the first time for over 12 hours. I had contacted customer service many times and was given different answers each time. Was also lied to by the agent Grace and was told I could continue to play and my withdrawal would be processed. That was a lie and my withdrawal that I won fair and square was declined. The agents were rude to me afterward and said "it wasn't my job to tell you not to play when you have a withdrawal pending, it's my job to assist you". Well then why did you tell me I could play without it affecting my withdrawal only for another agent to tell me that when you do it gets declined?I have over 25 pages of deposits and they want to screw me over on a withdrawal? Wow trying to cash out 20$ and it's taking forever. I don't get it and can't no one tell me why it's on hold
They are refusing to cashout my winnings. After I've put SO MUCH into them. And they kept insisting that if I signed up for dogecoin they would expedite my BITCOIN withdrawl(which is supposed to take UP TO 24hrs...)
