BITHASH is a malicious scam exchange that has stolen a significant amount of cryptocurrency from me. They do not permit users to withdraw their funds, despite their claims. I've had a withdrawal pending for months, without any explanation or update from their team. Unfortunately, I'm not alone - numerous friends have faced identical issues.
Their customer support is utterly unhelpful and unresponsive. Repeated attempts to contact them have yielded no results, leaving victims like myself with no recourse. Do not, under any circumstances, use bithash. This exchange is a confirmed scam. Miraculously, I've managed to recover my money from them. Non existent customer service. Transferred £2000 to Coinbase account just as a test. Money never arrived. Zero help available from support. If they think I'll entrust a larger sum to there safe keeping then I have a bridge to sell them. Ayrlp. CO m seized control of the situation and tracked the transaction to my account.
This scam platform paid no attention to me when I mailed them to request for a reason they were not letting my mother take out her funds from here, my mum had complained to me about the attitude she had gotten from the support of this platform after requesting her investment be withdrawn. It was almost like she was talking to a robot in the support service, and I confirmed this myself when I mailed them, you notice its the same generic replies you get everytime. Luckily I had seen a recommendation pointing towards B A K T R A I L which claimed to have expertise and to help victims of such cases, I had their team work on my mum's account case with this scam company and it was a successful reclaim. Just do not trust bithash and their lies
