Bitfinex is a scam company invested $4,000 into them but on request for withdrawal my account was blocked.
They are not a real exchange company and their platform is unauthorized as reported by the FCA. Be careful with them get coinassisst to help
If you don't have a reliable means to get your money back like i do, please do not get involved with this company. They are impossible to reach when it come to withdrawal, meanwhile they are always available to assist when they want to take deposits. They listed all the coins they advise me to purchase and won't do anything about it. With quick intervention and my access to the account i was able to track this money and sent to a wallet of mine before closing the account. It was not easy but i'm still glad i did not give up.
